Music Bank Episode 1251
KBS’ Music Bank officially started the weekend with one of the best shows of the year. First Primrose, KIOF, and X:IN performed. Next, R.E.D, a Chinese group, performed their debut song “DIAMONDS”. Then, USPEER debuted with two songs, their debut title track “ZOOM” and their B-side “Telepathy”. Yeowon, the leader, stood out due to her being the only one wearing a headband. Next, HITGS performed their speedy comeback “GROSS”. VV, the only Chinese member, stood out due to her suddenly long hair and the only one having red flairs on her outfit. Also, although all of HITGS got to do the ending fairy, VV was the first with a heart and a double wave.
Then, ARTMS performed their comeback title track “Icarus”. ARTMS, who are five members from the international smash group LOONA, HeeJin, HaSeul, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, all stood out. However, Heejin stood out a little bit more since her pic was used as the thumbnail. They also didn’t get any fancams, facecams, or full stage cams. Also, what was surprising was that they dropped their song on Friday, performed live Friday, and missed all previous music shows, even Thursdays, which may signal a different strategy. Next, ITZY performed their comeback title track “Girls Will Be Girls” and the B-side “Kiss & Tell”. Yuna, the maknae, stood out in both performances due to her bright auburn hair. Yuna even got to be a special guest co-host with Illit’s Minju so she did the interviews of the guests. This made her stand out even more since she was an interviewer and an interviewee.
Then, KIIRAS continued their debut promotions by performing “KILL MY BO$$”. Again, Ling Ling, the only Malaysian member, stood out while wearing a red vest and for her facial expressions. You can even hear KIIRAS performing while IZNA are doing their interview. Speaking of izna, izna performed their comeback title track “BEEP”. Although they’re missing a member due to health reasons, all six performing members stood out for this performance and the interview. Bang Jeemin, the leader especially stood out since they used her pic as the thumbnail and she did a good job of leading the interview with Yuna and Minju. She even gave a little nod to Minju since they were all on RU Next together. RU Next and ILand2 worlds colliding! Congrats to all the great performers today!
