Show Champion Episode 560

MBC M’s Show Champion started the mid-week off with an above average show due to the amount of groups who attended. Even though the quantity was lower, the quality of the groups were high leading to an “above” average show. NINNA and KIOF performed throughout the show. But also, who didn’t perform surprised me, such as izna who had a comeback only a week ago. Some other groups dropped music Monday so maybe this is a new strategy.

First PRIMROSE performed their comeback “CINEMA”. Rainie, the only Taiwanese member, stood out with her dyed red hair and also got the ending fairy, giving us a half cheek heart.

Next, VVUP, who replaced Hyunny, performed their comeback “Giddy Boy”. Kim, the only Indonesian member, stood out with her tie as a scarf and got the final ending fairy, with a double hand blowing kiss.

Finally, USPEER, the rookies who only debuted on Jun 4, 2025, continued their debut promotions by performing their debut title track “ZOOM”. Yeowon, their leader, stood out with black cargo pants and a dark top. Also, even though she wasn’t in the center all the time, out of the eight girls, my eye would follow her. Her musicality was captivating.

Potentially, there’s a new strategy where groups drop music on Monday, skip Tues and Wed music shows, and start off the week Thurs. The end of the promotions will be when those groups go on Tues and Wed. Hopefully, this doesn’t affect these mid-week music shows. There’s always a chance to see nugu groups on this show.
