IFEYE “Nerdy” - Episode 3

Ep. 3

A new year, 2026, started, but we lost a music show. Usually Sunday to Monday are off days, with Inkigayo on Sunday morning and music dropping on Monday. With The Show done, that means the off period extends now from Sunday to Tuesday. In the last two episodes, I didn’t discuss this, but I plan on creating a performance article every Tuesday to fill the void of missing a music show on Tuesday. Of course, I will try to discover groups that aren’t as famous. You could say that I failed in episode 1, by discussing ILLIT who are semi-famous. But, I did discuss Rescene in the last episode, so go support Rescene. This time, I’m going to discuss a rookie group, IFEYE.

IFEYE debuted on Tuesday April 8th, and dropped “Nerdy” m/v. A performance version on Genie’s channel was dropped the next day on Wednesday April 9th. A performance version was also uploaded on IFEYE’s youtube channel on April 22nd. If I had to choose, I would recommend the Genie version. I actually put more versions from IFEYE”s youtube channel of “Nerdy” and I think you’d agree that the Genie version is the best. In the Genie version, everyone is in all white, white clothes, white shoes, white accessories, and white shoes. All the members shined in white, but Won Hwayeon shined a bit more. Her hair had two angel strands coming down the front of her face, which made her dancing stand out. Won Hwayeon’s dance moves during the lines about “selfie” and “dancing like a robot” stood out.
